1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from the provider. We do not receive or store your password from these providers.

Usage Data: We store your article ratings and reading preferences to provide personalized news recommendations. This data is associated with your account.

Automatically Collected Data: Our server may log standard request information (IP address, browser user agent, timestamps) for operational and security purposes.

Your data is stored on our servers. Credentials and sensitive configuration are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. All connections to naggy.net are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. Your data may only be disclosed if required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google and GitHub OAuth for authentication. When you sign in, you are subject to Google's Privacy Policy or GitHub's Privacy Statement respectively. We only receive the profile information described above from these providers.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data and preferences for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the main page by clicking "Delete Account" in the settings menu. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
